Two missions. One goal. Saving Indian lives — one trained hand, one healthy home at a time.
Life Saver India Foundation (LSIF) is a registered non-profit dedicated to building a healthier, safer India through awareness, education, and community-driven action.
We run three flagship campaigns tackling India's most urgent health challenges — sudden cardiac arrest (10 lakh deaths/year), diabetes (10 crore+ affected), and air pollution (17 lakh deaths/year). Three missions, one goal: save lives.
Our belief is simple: every hand can save a life, and every home can be healthy. We bring training, awareness, and tools directly to communities — completely free of cost.

Every year, more than 10 lakh Indians die from sudden cardiac arrest — and 70% of these emergencies happen at home, not in hospitals. The cruel truth: less than 2% of Indians know CPR. A person can die in 6–10 minutes without it.
HarHaathCPR (हर हाथ जान बचा सकता है — "Every Hand Can Save a Life") is India's first nationwide CPR awareness road trip. From Amritsar to Mumbai, across 8 states and ~4,100 km, we are training thousands of Indians in Hands-Only CPR through free community workshops.
From Amritsar to Mumbai — 8 states, 32 city workshops, 20 rural drives, 52 free events in total.
No fees. No registration cost. Just show up, learn, and pledge to save a life when needed.
Every participant gets a Pledge Certificate — a commitment to act, not just learn.
We educate every participant about the 2016 Good Samaritan Law, which legally protects bystanders who help.
India is now the diabetes capital of the world. Over 10 crore Indians live with diabetes today, and nearly 50% don't even know they have it. Unchecked, diabetes silently damages the kidneys, eyes, heart and nerves — yet most cases are deeply rooted in lifestyle and are largely preventable or manageable.
HarGharSehat (हर घर सेहत — "Health in Every Home") is our response. The mission is simple: bring honest, practical, doctor-aligned diabetes awareness into every Indian home — before complications begin, not after.
Through free community workshops, we help families understand the early warning signs, get tested at the right time, and build the four daily habits that protect long-term health:
🧘 Yoga · 🏃 Exercise · 🥗 Diet · 💊 Medical guidance
India loses an estimated 17 lakh lives a year to air pollution alone. Heatwaves trigger cardiac arrests. Poor air worsens asthma, diabetes, and heart disease. The climate crisis is not a distant future problem — it's a daily health emergency killing Indians right now.
SaafSaans (साफ़ साँस — "Clean Breath") is LSIF's climate and health awareness mission. We connect the dots between the air Indians breathe, the heat they endure, the habits they live by — and their long-term health outcomes.
Through free community workshops, school programs, and digital content, SaafSaans teaches families how to read AQI, protect themselves on bad-air days, stay safe during heatwaves, and adopt small green daily habits.
